Paradise Found – A Seaside Community Built Around the Sea and Connection
Overlooking the sparkling aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea between the historic Buccaneer Golf Course Resort and scenic Green Cay Marina, the extraordinary homes adorning the hilly seaside prestigious Buccaneer Bay Subdivision, also known as the Shoys community, are owned by members of the Buccaneer Bay Landowners Association (BBLA). Since its establishment in 1952, the BBLA has fostered a strong sense of community, ensuring the neighborhood’s safety, elegance, connection and enduring charm.

Shoys Beach – Our Shoreline Haven

This natural conservatory is an enclave for assorted wildlife - sea crustaceans, tropical birds, shells, sea turtle nesting, and an occasional chicken. Offshore, a coral reef with brightly colored tropical fish, offers a haven for swimmers and snorkelers. Accessible via three easements of which one provides public access and a convenient beachfront parking area, Shoys Beach offers calm, crystal-clear waters perfect for relaxation or adventure.
A walk to Shoys reveals one of the area’s most enchanting sights—a tunnel of mangrove trees that opens to a breathtaking view of the Caribbean. Here, the sound of gentle surf and the glow of sunset create moments that linger long after the day ends.
